We keep your details until you indicate that you no longer wish to. Where are your details stored and who processes them?
We keep your data in our online e-mail platform.

 

HOW DOES THE SECURITY OF THE DATA HAPPEN?

We always use software from partners who use the highest security standards and our user accounts are protected by a password.
These data are also encrypted per se and are therefore not legible in a data leak.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS AND HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE THEM?

In accordance with the applicable regulations, you are entitled to:

  • Access: you can obtain information about the processing of your personal data and obtain a copy of such personal data.

  • Adjust: if you believe that your personal details are incorrect or incomplete, you may request that these personal details be modified.

  • Delete: you can ask to delete your personal data Restriction: you can request the limitation of the processing of your personal data.

  • Objection: you may object to the processing of your personal data for reasons related to your specific situation.

WHAT HAPPENS WITH DATA LEAKS?

A notification requirement applies here (both for hacking, theft of laptop, loss of USB stick and dgl) within 72 hours after discovery.
This reporting obligation applies both to the Privacy Commission and to the parties involved.

 

USE OF VISUAL MATERIAL

During the activities, the organization can record and publish atmospheric images via the website, local newspapers and social media.
More specifically:

  • For focused images (close-up): permission must be requested to take the picture and then again if the image is to be published.
    When you participate in one of our activities, you register by permission to use photos of this activity on which you are recognizable.

  • For non-directed images (atmospheric images or general images) no permission is required.
